Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Do you ship to CANADA?
A: Yes, we ship to Canada. All payments must be made through PayPal. Priority Mail only goes up to 4 lbs, anything over 4 lbs will have to ship in multi packaged. Please note that the price for international shipping is an est. and the difference will be charged or credited if needed. For items under 1lb we offer First Class Shipping that starts at $3.50

Q: I am an international buyer will I be refunded that difference in shipping if I over paid?
A: Yes, after I process your order I will determine that refund at that point.

Q: Do you ship to APO addresses?
A: I do on orders under $75.00, If you want to purchase over this amount I must have an address that can sign for the package.

Q: I only want to buy one or 2 small items that will be shipped internationally, do you offer first Class shipping?
A: Yes, as of October 1st, 2011, We offer first Class Shipping on packages that weigh less then 1lb. Rates start at $6.50
