Q: Where do I send payment by check or money order?
A: Send payment to: ABC Toys and Crafts, ATTN: Julie Foote, 343 97th Lane NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55433.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Do you ship to CANADA?
A: Yes, we ship to Canada. All payments must be made through PayPal. Priority Mail only goes up to 4 lbs, anything over 4 lbs will have to ship in multi packaged. Please note that the price for international shipping is an est. and the difference will be charged or credited if needed.

Q: I bought from EBay and Checked out, I purchased more items from the web store, will I be refunded that difference in shipping if I over paid?

A: Yes, after I process your order I will determine that refund at that point.

Q: Do you ship to APO addresses?

A: I do on orders under $75.00, If you want to purchase over this amount I must have an address that can sign for the package.
